Join Alyssa for yoga class this summer on the beautiful lawn of Sport Hill Farm. This class will explore physical postures (asana), breathing (pranayama), and meditation in a gentle style that will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed, and aligned with nature.
Suitable for beginners or yoga practitioners at any level. Bring a yoga mat and/or a large towel.
Classes begin at 10am and last one hour, followed up a light breakfast.
